Job Title: Director’s Secretary/PA
Accountability:  
Location: Oldbury, West Midlands.
Brief Description: Cousins, one of the largest family owned independent furniture retailers have a vacancy for a secretary/PA to the Managing Director within their busy Head Office and Distribution Centre in the West Midlands.

The position reports directly to the Managing Director; however, some secretarial support will be required for other Directors and members of the senior management team.

The successful applicants will work closely with the Managing Director to ensure the smooth running of a variety of activities that are essential for the continued success of the business.

A key area of responsibility will be the daily administration of all aspects of the company’s extensive advertising and marketing activity. In addition to all of the usual senior secretarial tasks, such as; diary and email management, preparation of agendas and information packs and preparation of minutes etc. the position involves the organisation of international travel for the Directors on a regular basis.

Based at our friendly Head Office in Oldbury, the successful candidate can look forward to a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a happy working environment.
