We are currently looking for an experienced person to work in our busy Sales Office. The successful candidate will have proven track record with the following abilities:

  • Be able to handle cash and card payments accurately.
  • Be able to monitor and record activity.
  • Have an ability to inspire confidence in customers and deal with a number of situations that may arise.
  • To work with the Sales Office Manager to improve all aspects of what we do and ensure our customer's have a great experience every time.

Brief Description:

Requires strong customer focused qualities to ensure that Cousins commitment to their customers remains at the highest standard. Dealing with all customer enquiries pre delivery of their orders.

  • Professionally / effectively resolve all Purchase Order queries pre delivery.
  • Ensure customer orders are received within the scheduled timescale.
  • Protect the reputation of the company.
  • Analysing supplier performance.
  • Liaising with suppliers.
  • Order processing / progressing on computerised system.
  • Periodically arranging customer deliveries

Hours: Full time, Five days per week
