We have 8 delivery teams all of whom are experienced and well trained – this is essential when visiting customers’ homes.
We endeavour to deliver most items using our own vehicles but some distance deliveries are performed by our nationwide distributor.
All of our deliveries are pre-arranged as soon as your goods come into stock. We deliver on a day convenient with yourselves.
If you’ve ordered items from more than one department we can consolidate all goods before arranging a joint delivery.
There’s no need to wait in all day either, as each delivery team will contact their customers before 8am on the morning of delivery to advise of their estimated time of arrival.
If you’re at work and just want to pop back to your house to let the drivers in, then they can call you just before arrival.
Upon accessing your home, our team will position your furniture in the room of your choice. They will then unwrap the items allowing you to check your new furniture, before we take the packaging away for recycling. (This excludes flat-pack and other self-assembled furniture)
Any items that are partially assembled e.g. dining table and sectional sofas will be assembled.
*Please note that our service for web special products will differ; goods will be delivered flatpacked to your door or, for heavier items, your goods will be delivered to a room of your choice on the ground floor. You will still be contacted on the morning of delivery in order to advise of an estimated time frame for the delivery team's arrival.
