I was at work so my husband took delivery. The delivery men had to remove an arm from the sofa as it was too big to get into the room. My husband said they were brilliant at their jobs as it took a while to sort it out.
We were told we would get a call on the following Tuesday to arrange for an upholsterer to come out and fit a new material base. We received a call on the Tuesday and it was completed the next day. Our lounge is on the first floor, it would not fit at first. It would have been easy for Mark & James to simply return the sofas to the warehouse but they persevered to find a way to ensure they could deliver all parts of the sofas.
