Cousins Furniture is the largest independent, family-run furniture retailer in the Midlands. Founded in 1985 by three cousins – Robert, Edward and William – our showrooms stock a huge array of furniture for the whole house. We have Flagship Showrooms in Dudley, Tyseley (Birmingham), Shrewsbury and Newcastle-under-Lyme.

In Tyseley, Birmingham, our flagship store spans 90,000ft² and has been the heart of Cousins since the very beginning. Over in Dudley, our impressive two-storey showroom offers a wealth of furniture styles and ranges. With world-renowned brands such as Parker Knoll, G Plan, and Ercol, customers can explore everything from cosy living rooms to stylish dining spaces and complete bedroom setups.
Our Shrewsbury store, located on the landmark former Alan Ward Furniture site, has been fully rebranded and refurbished. It features an extensive selection of beds exclusive to Shrewsbury, alongside sofas, dining furniture, and wardrobes. It’s the perfect place to discover inspiration and create a home that’s both beautiful and comfortable.
In Newcastle-under-Lyme, our smaller but equally welcoming store offers a carefully chosen selection of furniture and flooring. From recliners and sofas to sideboards and wardrobes, there’s something for every room and every style.

Cousins Furniture Warehouses
Cousins Furniture has large distribution centres in Oldbury and Shrewsbury, allowing us to deliver furniture across the Midlands and into Wales. Our distribution centres are used for furniture deliveries and customer collections only and are not retail showrooms.
